Meet our Founder

Hi - I'm Jennifer

I've been building things since before I knew what entrepreneurship was.  As a kid, I was running pop-up shops in my driveway, organizing neighborhood bike washes, and setting up babysitting businesses.  

I was in elementary school when I watched my mom build a business from scratch - to solve a problem nobody else would take on.  I grew up understanding that if I saw a problem to be solved, there was an opportunity to create something meaningful to fill that gap. 

As I built my career, I gravitated towards entrepreneurial-minded companies and spent decades learning how businesses work and what makes them successful.  I led finance, operations, and organizational development inside companies at nearly every size, from pre-revenue startups to billion-dollar enterprises.  I’ve been through periods of incredible growth and success – and I’ve also seen a company reach its peak and then fail pretty spectacularly.

Every one of these experiences taught me valuable lessons about what happens inside a company and how to build the structure to support sustainable growth.  I also came away with some hard-learned lessons about what happens when a company grows too fast or focuses on growth at any cost.

After 20 years of climbing the corporate ladder, I burned out.

I was worn down from hustling to play by the corporate rules that were never intended to help women thrive.  I'd watched the pay and equity gaps play out from the inside, at every level.  And I was tired of the build-at-any-cost mentality. 

I founded Triple Point Collective to build something I wish I'd had: a place where women building businesses aren't doing it alone and where they can get real executive support in the early stages of their journey. 

I work with founders every day, across a lot of different industries, and honestly they're the best part.

I believe entrepreneurship can level the playing field, move the dial on pay equity and create real opportunities to build financial independence. You can build something that lasts without giving away your equity, burning out the people around you, or becoming someone you don't recognize.

That's what we are building Triple Point Collective for - to wrap a community, support and resources around the women who are building incredible companies.
