In addition, finding a supportive community can help provide a feeling of belonging and can be a place to reach out in a time of need.
Reading
Reading has countless benefits for the human brain, including but not limited to: increased vocabulary, increased senses of empathy, and a reduction of depression symptoms. Even so, reading is one of the best ways to escape what can sometimes be an overwhelming world.
